Lumio, SMART’s online lesson delivery system, gives teachers a place to create classroom activities, assessments, and enhance archived lessons to extend learning. Join our PD trainer as they walk you through the Lumio features that will help you to add an interactive spin to your static lessons and spark engagement in your students. We’ll explore ready-made activity templates and complimentary lesson files that can be easily adapted to fit your classroom!

If you are responsible for maintaining the Google domain for your district, then this series is for you. This Google admin series is a technical deep dive into the administrative settings of the Google admin console. As your district relies more heavily on tools like Google Drive, Gmail, and Classroom, it is essential that administrators stay up to date on the latest features and best practices for Google Workspace administration. Each session will be broadcast live for 3 consecutive days and there will be time allotted for the trainer's presentation, practice, and a Q&A session to follow. At the conclusion of the sessions (6 hours total), certificates will be given for hours that are approved for state teaching licenses.

This Academy is designed to give educators an understanding of the many tools that Microsoft offers students and teachers to reach all types of learners in any learning environment. Teachers will experience basic features and tools to prepare them to get started using Microsoft devices and programs with students. Participants should be comfortable and knowledgeable in the basic skills necessary to be successfully using Teams in a variety of learning environments, such as setting up a OneNote notebook, using accessibility features like Immersive Reader, and flipping lessons with PowerPoint Recorder.
